| Ignacio Uriarte works with tools from the office space. He uses MS-Excel not just an economical tool but as an aesthetic productive one. The result is quite close to the perfectionist minimalist paintings, but we can find here some ironic factors as the origin of the work is the office space, a non-creative context under an artistic point of view. The “11 formularios superpuestos / 11 juxtaposed forms" are designed with MS-Excel using the cell and border tool. The empty formulaires become a sort of abstract geometry.
